In our offices, our employees work together to protect our customers. That is why security in our offices is very important to us. This is reflected, among other things, in our protocol for visitors.

Compulsory identification

We ask every visitor to identify him/herself at the reception. This can be done by showing an ID card, driving license, or passport. Checks shall be carried out on the validity of the certificate and whether the name on the certificate corresponds to the bearer. We do not make a copy of the proof of identity. We record the visitor’s name in the visitors’ logbook, including the time of arrival and departure. We treat this logbook according to the regulations in force. The included information will be destroyed within 1 year.

Camera surveillance

Within our offices, camera surveillance is used. It focuses on passage areas; areas people pass through on their way from one destination to another. Surveillance is not focused on workplaces and meeting rooms. Camera images are carefully processed and destroyed within 4 weeks.

Network monitoring

A guest WIFI network is available in our offices. This network is monitored by Tesorion Immunity. All traffic flows are monitored. The aim is to prevent malware infections. If malware is detected, steps will be taken to isolate the device from the network. Monitoring data shall be kept for 12 months.

Parking

At our offices in Enschede and Leusden, visitor parking spaces are available. To park in Leusden, please ring the doorbell at the barrier and then drive on to the visitor areas on the left.

We look forward to welcoming you to one of our locations.
